• Organizes and oversees safety initiatives and programs led by EHS Coordinators
• Ensures EHS Coordinators manage their respective locations reputed company and in alignment with company goals
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely, constructive, and development-focused
• Handles employee discipline and termination as needed, in accordance with company policy

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a reputed company field, and 2–5 years of relevant experience in a health and safety role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements
• Working knowledge of environmental programs, safety systems, and workers’ compensation processes
• Ability to calculate and interpret exposure levels, concentrations, emissions, percentages, and reputed company safety metrics
