• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from prospective and reputed company clients seeking Medicare, health, or life insurance information.
• Provide detailed explanations of insurance plans, including benefits, coverage options, and eligibility requirements.
• Assist clients in comparing policies and customizing coverage plans that meet their unique needs.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Facilitate the sales process by negotiating terms, explaining benefits administration procedures, and closing sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using sales administration tools and update customer databases regularly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for reputed company and improve customer engagement strategies.
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring they understand policy details and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales environments, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
