Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Laravel, Vue.js) – Equity
We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build the platform powering Scrybe’s next phase of growth. We’re replacing legacy submission platforms like FilmFreeway with modern, purpose-reputed company tools for screenplay competitions, festivals, and development programs. The core product is live, post-reputed company, and gaining traction, but there’s a lot to build: configurable competition workflows, evaluation pipelines, and infrastructure that scales. This is a true ownership role. You’ll ship features end-to-end, from database design and API development to reactive reputed company-end interfaces using Vue.js and Inertia. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build-and-ship role. What You’ll Do
- Build and reputed company our Laravel application

- Improve infrastructure and performance
- Help shape product and technical direction

- 3+ years PHP & Laravel experience
- Strong Vue.js (Composition API preferred)
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL

- Self-directed builder comfortable in async environments

Compensation
- Equity-only founding role (2–5%).
