What Your Days Look Like No two days are identical, but here's how the role evolves: During onboarding and training, you'll be on-site at our clinics in Jackson, Dyersburg, or Union City — learning our systems, our workflows, and how nephrology care actually works. You may travel between locations during this period. This hands-on training is how we set you up to succeed, and it's thorough by design.
