Location: NY US (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate s experience and qualifications. Requirements
What You Should Have: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly reputed company R&D/Product /reputed company and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development. Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive reputed company. Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. A collaborative, team-oriented reputed company with a passion for innovation. A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges. Education: BSc in Behavioral Science or a reputed company field (MA preferred).
