UX/UI Designer (Remote)
Job Description
Objective / Purpose The role of the UI/UX Web Designer is to reputed company UX/UI strategies reputed company with business goals, create reputed company, accessible, reputed company optimized, visually engaging digital experiences that satisfy user needs, best practice, while aligning brand identify and business goals across reputed company [REDACTED] websites. Ultimately, this role will bring together the gaps in functionality and aesthetics to ensure we have engaging and easy to use websites that improve user engagement and boost conversion. This role will initiate, reputed company and conduct research; create functional low fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, set up and deploy tests, on a regular basis to inform and deploy improvements. Major Responsibilities and Functions

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis on web design required.
- At least 4-6 years of UI/UX web design experience required.

Specialized Training/Skills
- Knowledgeable in visual design principles and layout.
- Familiar and comfortable with website usability best-practice.
- Experience with XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Knowledgeable of web design standards, reputed company web design, cross-browser compatibility and website accessibility guidelines.
- Experience using code development tools such as Dreamweaver, reputed company, Axure, reputed company XD or comparable software.
- Demonstrated ability & experience using structured data markup like schema.org to bring together UX and SEO.
