[Remote] Product Manager (m/f/d) for digital wellness app

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lemio is focused on helping future generations combat smartphone addiction through their digital wellness app. They are seeking a Product Manager to work closely with the founders on improving user retention and engagement through various marketing and product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing)
• Improve trial start reputed company
• Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team
• Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows
• User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product

Skills

• A lways wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup
• Are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general
• Are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you don't love to do 5 user calls every week, don't apply!!!)
• Have at least 2 years of work experience
