  • Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Cross-reference source documents against entered data to ensure complete accuracy. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information and take the initiative to resolve them or escalate them to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Process Improvement Collaboration: Work closely with fellow data specialists, team leads, and operations managers to identify inefficiencies in current data entry workflows. Suggest practical improvements, test new processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
