Appointment Setters
Job Title: Appointment Setter – Sales Support Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Remote Compensation: Commission Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the sales process by contacting potential clients, introducing our products/services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales agents. Your goal is to generate interest, build rapport, and help move leads further down the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, send emails, or use other channels to contact leads provided by the company.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess needs and level of interest.
- Schedule appointments for sales agents with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled a meeting.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
- Collaborate with sales agents to ensure seamless hand-off of scheduled leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience or a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
