As a Customer Onboarding Strategist, you will be a trusted advisor to new clients during one of the most pivotal phases of their journey — the onboarding and early growth period. About the Role
This customer-facing role combines strategic consulting, sales enablement, and relationship management. You will work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and marketing teams across a diverse portfolio of CEE markets — including but not limited to Ukraine, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through their initial experience with arenaflex, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions, and helping them build the strategic foundation needed for long-term success.
You'll serve as the bridge between our customers' ambitions and our internal product expertise, translating complex advertising capabilities into clear, actionable strategies tailored to each client's unique business goals. Whether you're analyzing campaign performance data, crafting a custom pitch, or leading a virtual workshop with an international team, your contributions will shape how businesses across the CEE region experience the power of digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and grow meaningful relationships with new and existing clients across CEE markets, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey.
- Strategic Onboarding: Design and execute customized onboarding plans for each client, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to arenaflex advertising solutions and best practices.
- Performance Goal Alignment: Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives, define key performance indicators, and craft advertising strategies aligned with their growth targets.
- Quarterly Business Goal Delivery: Consistently contribute to team performance by delivering against quarterly goals, including revenue targets, client satisfaction metrics, and product adoption milestones.
- Customized Solution Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven pitches and presentations that showcase the full range of arenaflex advertising products, tailored to each client's industry, audience, and competitive landscape.
- Insights and Analysis: Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior to deliver strategic and tactical recommendations that drive measurable improvement.
- Creative Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative ways to deepen client relationships, share performance improvement suggestions, and promote additional arenaflex products that align with evolving business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams — including sales, product, marketing, and analytics — to deliver seamless customer experiences and continuously improve internal processes.
- Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the CEE digital advertising landscape, including local market trends, competitive dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory considerations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in lieu of a degree.
- Professional Experience: At least two years of experience in advertising, business development, online media, or marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience meeting or exceeding Business-to-Business (B2B) sales goals, preferably in a digital advertising or technology environment.
- Multilingual Fluency: Full professional fluency in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language, such as Ukrainian, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Latvian, or Lithuanian. Additional CEE languages are a strong plus.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping businesses grow, with strong empathy and a service-oriented approach.

- Project Management Excellence: Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining strict attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of developing business recommendations, action plans, and process improvement ideas.
