Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and accurately, minimizing downtime for client locations across the Tampa region and beyond.
  • Conduct on‑site repairs such as part replacement, system recalibration, and cleaning of internal components to restore optimal performance.
  • Document service activities in arenaflex’s digital work order system, ensuring clear communication with the central support team and accurate billing.
