As an Evening Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline champion for our members, delivering compassionate guidance, accurate information, and effective solutions to healthcare‑related inquiries. This remote, full‑time position offers two evening shift options, allowing you to balance personal commitments while contributing to a mission‑driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members seeking assistance with healthcare questions, benefits, and related concerns.
  • Build genuine rapport using a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Collect, verify, and update member demographics and pertinent information in our secure systems.
  • Analyze each member’s situation, determine the optimal resolution, and execute it efficiently.
  • Connect members to the appropriate internal teams, external providers, insurance carriers, or third‑party vendors as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous follow‑up on tasks, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with arenaflex policies.
