Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and a friendly tone.
  • Booking Assistance: Guide passengers through the reservation process, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and fare rule explanations.
  • Flight Information Delivery: Provide real‑time updates on flight status, delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding procedures.

Essential Qualifications
