Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our internal systems organized, accurate, and up to date. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter information from source documents into designated databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal software tools with a high degree of precision.
  • Quality Control & Error Detection: Review your own completed work — and occasionally the work of others — to identify errors, inconsistencies, duplications, or missing information before submission.
  • Research & Verification: When source data is incomplete or unclear, perform basic online or database research to confirm or fill in missing details, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain clear, organized logs of daily tasks, completed assignments, and any issues encountered during the data entry process.
  • Process Adherence: Follow arenaflex’s established data entry procedures, formatting guidelines, and confidentiality protocols to ensure consistency across the team.
  • Data Compilation & Sorting: Compile, sort, and verify information from multiple sources to prepare clean, structured datasets ready for entry or analysis.
  • Deficiency Review: Proactively review datasets for deficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors, and correct any incompatibilities whenever possible before flagging complex issues to a supervisor.
  • Confidentiality Compliance: Handle all sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion, in compliance with arenaflex’s data protection policies.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you’ll need to demonstrate the following core qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) is required. Current enrollment in a college or university program is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills — ideally a minimum of 45–60 words per minute — with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Software Familiarity: Solid working knowledge of word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
