Position Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk on our Live Chat team at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our internal systems while simultaneously providing exceptional customer support through live chat.   • Live Chat Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in real-time through our live chat platform.   • Issue Resolution and Problem Solving: Assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Follow up as needed to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
