Virtual Medical Scribe - Training Provided- (WFH)
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Medical Scribes. As a medical scribe, you will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. Responsibilities:
- Listen to and transcribe patient interactions during live virtual consultations.
- Accurately document medical histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Review and edit medical records for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is a plus).
- Strong listening and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 45 WPM).
- Excellent command of English, including grammar and medical terminology (training provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required.
