Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly focused, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join the arenaflex data operations team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our core databases, ensuring that every invoice, statement, client record, and internal document is captured accurately and promptly. You will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, gathering the information needed to keep our systems up‑to‑date, error‑free, and ready for downstream analytics. Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Verification

  • Gather invoices, financial statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, department heads, and external clients.

Data Entry & Database Maintenance
