  • Perform routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields for immediate remediation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards in accordance with industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 9001.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple data entry queues, ensuring timely completion of high‑priority tasks while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions—including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros—to streamline data validation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Supply Chain) to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
