Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with their travel needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from passengers regarding flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage inquiries, and general travel questions.
- Reservation Management: Accurately book new reservations, modify existing bookings, process cancellations, and rebook passengers on alternative flights when disruptions occur, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns quickly and provide effective, empathetic solutions that align with company policies while exceeding customer expectations.
- Providing Flight Information: Share real-time details on flight schedules, fares, seat availability, boarding procedures, and travel policies to help passengers make informed decisions.
