Our success is built on the accuracy of the information that fuels every transaction, marketing campaign, and strategic plan. That is why we are looking for a meticulous, detail‑oriented professional to join our dynamic team as a Property Listing Data Entry Specialist.

Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑paced world of real‑estate, the quality of property data directly influences buyer confidence, market positioning, and revenue generation. As a Property Listing Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of that data. Your work will ensure that every property description, feature list, pricing detail, and availability status is captured accurately, updated promptly, and presented consistently across our website and partner platforms. This role is a cornerstone of our operational excellence and a gateway to deeper involvement in the real‑estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input property information—including descriptions, amenities, square footage, pricing, and availability—into arenaflex’s central database and content management system.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Property Management teams to gather the latest property details, high‑resolution images, and promotional copy.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic quality checks, run validation scripts, and perform spot‑checks to guarantee data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies, working closely with stakeholders to resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Research & Enrichment: Source supplemental property information from public records, MLS databases, and market research tools to enrich listings.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about local market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes, updating listings to reflect current conditions.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of data changes, generate weekly status reports, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Suggest and implement workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice guidelines to increase efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, real‑estate, or related fields is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a comparable role within a fast‑moving environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with data‑entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with property‑management platforms or CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of juggling multiple listings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team‑oriented culture.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with real‑estate listing platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or LoopNet.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for formatting listings on web pages.
  • Familiarity with data‑validation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python), or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate).
  • Prior exposure to the real‑estate industry, including understanding of property types, market cycles, and regulatory considerations.
  • Certification in data management or records administration (e.g., CDMP, ARMA).

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to scrutinize data for inconsistencies and spot trends that could impact listing accuracy.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications, learning new tools quickly, and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and professional interaction with cross‑functional teams, ensuring that information flows smoothly.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to identifying root causes of data issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs, market conditions, and technology upgrades.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Commitment to handling sensitive property and client information with the highest level of discretion.
