We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, manage guest communications, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Virtual property management: Coordinate housekeeping, arrange amenities, and ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Schedule and coordinate with cleaners, ensuring our properties are always clean and ready for guests.
  • Addressing guest issues: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate information: Offer accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of their stay.
  • *Success Metrics**

To measure your success in this role, we'll be tracking the following key performance indicators:

  • Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries within a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency: Address guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher: Work towards achieving an exceptional review rating, reflecting our commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience: Experience in the short-term rental industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours: Be available to work during standard business hours, ensuring you're always available to support our guests.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Airbnb customer service: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform and processes.
  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms: Experience working with multiple technology platforms, with a focus on learning new technologies as needed.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using technology to manage guest communications, reservations, and property operations.
