About the Team The Lunit EMEA team is a diverse and collaborative organization operating across multiple European countries. The team works together to accelerate the adoption of medical AI solutions throughout the EMEA region. The organization includes professionals across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Technical Support, Clinical Support, and Medical Research functions, all working toward a shared mission of expanding access to AI-powered healthcare. About the Position As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, EMEA Business Development, you will lead both direct and indirect sales activities across Southern Europe and Iberian countries. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Iberian countries, and Eastern European markets. You will work closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams to expand Lunit’s market presence and accelerate customer adoption of AI-powered healthcare solutions. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong commercial leadership, relationship management, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Indirect Sales Channel Management Manage relationships with global medical imaging distributors and channel partners Provide sales enablement, product training, and co-marketing support Monitor partner pipeline, forecasting activities, and contract compliance Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify growth opportunities Direct Sales & Business Development Identify and develop key accounts across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Iberian countries, and Eastern European regions Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity discovery to contract execution Build strong relationships with hospital executives, radiology and oncology leaders, and procurement stakeholders Conduct ROI analyses, technical demonstrations, and RFP responses Negotiate commercial agreements within approved business parameters Market Development & Operations Develop in-depth understanding of local markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic growth opportunities Support local market activation and clinical evidence generation activities Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts and reports Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regulatory awareness

Qualifications

Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in healthcare technology sales Proven experience managing both direct and indirect sales channels Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and radiology operations Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Business-level English communication skills Strong interest in AI-driven healthcare innovation

Preferred Qualifications
