As a Senior Clinical Data Lead at ICON, you will be instrumental in overseeing the management and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data processes. What You Will Do: You will manage day-to-day scientific operations activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading the management and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies that support clinical research objectives and optimize data workflows. Overseeing data collection, processing, and validation to ensure consistency and reliability across clinical trials. Providing strategic guidance on data management practices, including the development of data analysis plans and reporting methodologies. Managing and mentoring data teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement in data handling and analysis. Your Profile: You will have solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline Extensive experience in clinical data management and analysis, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop data teams, and drive data quality initiatives. Expertise in data analysis and statistical methodologies, with proficiency in relevant software and programming languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
