The role will be responsible for building and scaling a decision-oriented talent analytics capability that enables business and HR leaders to make better workforce decisions. The role requires going beyond dashboards and reporting to focus on insights, storytelling, and action across the talent lifecycle across key areas of hiring, skills, performance, engagement, retention, and leadership readiness, amongst others. The role will conceptualize and implement a structured, first-principles approach for People Analytics within the organization. The role will enable data-driven decision-making around critical talent priorities of HR and Business leadership, and institutionalize data and insight mechanisms to enable future readiness of the organization. This role will act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business stakeholders. At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
