E-Billing Manager - remote
E-Billing Manager for prominent law firm. This is a fully remote position. Ideal candidate is on the east coast. This role is responsible for managing the firmwide e-Billing process, ensuring accurate invoice submission through e-Billing platforms. Duties: Monitor billing deadlines to confirm compliance with client billing guidelines and requirements. Maintain consistent e-Billing best practices firmwide. Evaluate e-Billing workflows and manage initiatives focused on process improvements. Supervise and mentor team members; collaborate with the Director regarding hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Support special projects and initiatives such as new software implementation. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have at least five years of experience in a senior level accounting or e-Billing role with a global law firm. Proven experience managing teams in a professional services environment. Technology proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency with advanced tools of e-BillingHub. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proven success prioritizing and managing deadlines. Salary range is $118k - $148k + depending on experience and location. Apply To This Job
