Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Mumbai, India Job Description: Background of the Project: Velys is a 4th Generation robot, while it was a late entrant to the market but it now has maximum installations in India. As we rapidly scale up, it is important that we leverage AI tools to analyze surgery data and provide feedback to surgeons to improve their patient outcomes. VELYS Insights is a tool we are planning to launch in India to help support in this initiative. Along with this, maintaining high service levels is imperative and through this project we would like to identify areas of improvement in our service process to serve our customers better. Project Objective: 1. Support in the launch of VELYS Insights in India Understand the India VELYS Service vertical and suggest areas of improvement to provide better service to our customers Deliverables: Propose a launch plan for the pilot of VELYS Insights Suggest 3-4 areas where we can optimize VELYS Service Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Apply To This Job
