We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team. We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines — closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before. Your Day to Day at Truvo Closing Deals: Working warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding policies — auto, home, renters, pet Customer Advisory: Helping customers understand their coverage options and making sure they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured AI Collaboration: Working alongside our AI agents — providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment matters Book Building: Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships

Requirements

Licensed: Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Closer: Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales Customer-First: You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote Comfortable with Tech: You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows Hungry: You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry Nice to Have: Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech Apply To This Job
