Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About Doppel Doppel is building the future of social engineering defense. Our AI-native platform uses agentic AI to protect executives, employees, customers, and brands from phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other AI-powered threats across digital channels. We help some of the world’s most recognized brands detect and dismantle attacker infrastructure while strengthening employee resilience through threat-informed training and simulation. By unifying Digital Risk Protection and Human Risk Management, Doppel connects threats into a real-time intelligence graph to power faster disruption, smarter defense, and modern security awareness at scale. Backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, and trusted by leading enterprises, Doppel is a rapidly growing Series C startup building the future of social engineering defense. Our team combines deep cybersecurity expertise, operational rigor, and startup velocity to solve some of the internet’s most urgent trust and safety challenges. The Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to architect, build, and scale the systems that power our revenue engine. This is not a traditional RevOps role. You will operate with an engineering mindset, treating our GTM systems as a product—designing scalable workflows, building AI-powered automations, and turning messy processes into structured, high-leverage systems. You will own the intersection of data, automation, and AI across our GTM stack, helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success move faster, smarter, and with greater precision. What You’ll Do Architect and manage data flows, integrations, APIs, and webhooks to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across systems. Our stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BigQuery, Zapier, and Clari Copilot. Consolidate contacts, interaction history, and engagement signals from multiple sources into a single, enriched, trustworthy data foundation. Build the orchestration layer that keeps data flowing between tools and powers every workflow downstream. Build and evolve our prospecting architecture using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify high-intent accounts and contacts Develop new signal-based workflows (intent, enrichment, behavioral triggers) to improve targeting and timing Design and automate outbound and inbound campaign workflows aligned to ICP, personas, and messaging strategy Identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflows across GTM teams Build automations that reduce manual work (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, account research, sequencing triggers) Maximize native AI capabilities across existing tools and evaluate new tools to enhance the stack Act as a bridge between technical systems and GTM teams Train Sales, Marketing, and CS on new workflows, tools, and AI capabilities Build internal champions and drive adoption of new systems and processes What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes and how systems support revenue outcomes Deep experience with CRM and GTM tools listed in our stack above. We want to leverage Clay better as our GTM orchestration and enrichment layer. You'll build enrichment pipelines, help define our ICP in data terms, and map every signal that matters. You've built things, not just maintained them. Proficiency in SQL and working with data warehouses (BigQuery preferred) Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Clay) Ability to design scalable workflows and data models across systems Bonus: Experience with Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting and automation Hands-on experience deploying GenAI workflows, agents, or copilots in GTM contexts Strong familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar Strong interest in staying ahead of trends in LLMs and agentic systems Builder mentality: you enjoy turning ambiguity into structured systems Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Scrappy and execution-oriented—you ship fast, iterate, and scale what works Strong cross-functional communicator able to translate business needs into technical solutions Background in high-growth or AI-native companies Why Join Doppel $150,000 - $200,000 OTE + meaningful equity. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous parental leave. Flexible PTO and flexible, remote-first culture. Fast-growing team with immediate impact and visible results. A culture that values documentation, data-driven decisions, and simple, scalable systems. Salary Range $150,000—$200,000 USD Apply To This Job
