Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Sr Time Labor Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert support for the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central and Advanced Scheduler applications. As a key member of the Payroll Technology team, you will serve as a lead resource on best practices and domain knowledge in the Time & Attendance space.Every day, you will handle routine production support, conducting root cause analysis for issues and participating in system upgrades. You will configure new pay and scheduling practices, engage in project work, and support employee inquiries related to time. Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, you will recommend enhancements for best practices, standardization, and a positive employee experience. To be successful in this role, you will possess expert functional and technical knowledge of workforce management systems, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to process improvement and data integrity. Works closely with HR business partners, Comp COE, ITS developers/analysts, vendors, and cross functional teams, i.e. HRTS, Scheduling Systems, Performance Excellence and other CHI and MBO teams Configures all pay policy changes and ensures all pay policy changes are accurate, tested, and processed correctly through the change control- this includes a rigorous testing cycle and approval Provides support for 85,000 employees using the system Supports organizations that are not fully integrated into the CHI systems, Kronos Implementations precede the HR implementations, this requires special process to and from legacy systems Job Requirements Required Bachelors Other in ITS or Business, upon hire 5 years configuration and/or implementation experience in the discipline specifically for Kronos Workforce Timekeeping Configuration of Pay Policies and Support and/or implementation experience in Kronos WTK, Scheduler, Analytics None, upon hire Preferred Bachelors Other, upon hire or 5 years equivalent experience in the discipline (configuring Kronos), SQL expertise and Report Building, Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Core Analytics or 5-8 years equivalent experience configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper pay policies, and support Apply To This Job
