[Remote] BI Architect and Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ICONMA is an IT Services and Consultant company seeking a BI Architect and Lead for their remote location. The role involves analyzing large datasets, designing data models, developing machine learning solutions, and creating insightful reports and dashboards to improve decision-making across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large scale BPO operational datasets to discover trends, anomalies and performance patterns that improve decision making for diverse business functions
- Design data models that optimize storage, retrieval and processing efficiency for complex BPO workflows while maintaining high standards of data quality and consistency
- Develop robust machine learning solutions that predict volume, effort and risk indicators to support capacity planning and service level optimization across business processes
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards that provide intuitive visual stories for operational leaders and business partners enabling rapid assessment of performance and outcomes
- Create insightful Power BI reports that combine multiple data sources into unified analytical views supporting continuous improvement initiatives and executive reporting needs
- Implement Python based data pipelines that automate extraction transformation and loading activities to ensure timely and accurate availability of curated datasets for analytics
- Validate data accuracy through systematic checks reconciliation routines and exception handling to maintain trust in analytical outputs and business reporting
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver measurable outcomes through data driven solutions
- Document analytical approaches data dictionaries and workflow standards to support reuse maintainability and onboarding of new team members across projects
- Optimize query performance and reporting refresh schedules to minimize latency and ensure consistent access to up to date metrics in a hybrid work environment
- Drive adoption of self service analytics tools by creating guided views reference content and training sessions that empower stakeholders to explore data safely and effectively
- Align analytical solutions with organizational governance policies ensuring compliant handling of sensitive data and adherence to internal quality standards
- Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring new analytical techniques and tools that enhance predictive capabilities and operational resilience in BPO data management
Skills
- Possess a strong background in machine learning including experience with feature engineering model evaluation and deployment in production oriented environments
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation statistical analysis automation scripting and integration with visualization platforms
- Show expert level capability in Tableau to design scalable dashboards calculate custom metrics and apply best practices for visual storytelling in business contexts
- Exhibit solid experience with Power BI including data modeling creation of measures optimization of refresh cycles and management of workspaces for business users
- Hold deep understanding of data management concepts such as data governance master data management data lineage and metadata documentation in large organizations
- Bring prior experience in BPO or operations analytics where exposure to service metrics productivity indicators and quality measures has been substantial
- Display strong communication skills in explaining complex analytical findings in clear concise language that is understandable to nontechnical stakeholders
- Offer proven experience in hybrid work models using collaboration tools to coordinate analysis code reviews and requirement discussions across geographically distributed teams
