[Remote] College Recruitment Full-Time Architecture Opportunities (2027)

Responsibilities
- Simultaneous work on a minimum of 2-3 projects at various stages of development
- Prepares project designs and construction documents using BIM software and equipment
- Prepares various documents during the course of the project development including meeting minutes, project specifications, agency applications, etc
- Visit project sites under the direction of a supervisor and assist with the documentation of findings, if needed
- Research materials, assemblies, or building codes for appropriate incorporation into design and construction drawings as directed by a supervisor
- Integrate information from consultants and suppliers into Revit Models for documentation
- Assist in the processing of contractor submittals and RFIs by logging in the documents and routing them to the appropriate party for review
- Attend, record, and distribute meeting minutes and assist with general project correspondence if needed
- Assist or prepare graphic materials for presentation or documents
- Select and prepare material finish boards/binders
- Some travel to construction job sites and client meetings
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college program related to Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- Graduating within the next 12 months
- Ability to work on a minimum of 2-3 projects simultaneously
- Experience with BIM software and equipment
- Ability to prepare project designs and construction documents
- Ability to prepare various documents during project development including meeting minutes and project specifications
- Willingness to visit project sites and assist with documentation
- Ability to research materials, assemblies, or building codes
- Experience integrating information from consultants and suppliers into Revit Models
- Ability to assist in processing contractor submittals and RFIs
- Ability to attend, record, and distribute meeting minutes
- Ability to assist or prepare graphic materials for presentations
- Ability to select and prepare material finish boards/binders
- Willingness to travel to construction job sites and client meetings
- Legally authorized to work for Huitt-Zollars in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
