[Remote] Infor LN (Baan ERP) Business Systems Analyst – Finance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Infor LN (Baan ERP) and Finance Module to support critical ERP initiatives. The role involves partnering with business and IT teams to optimize processes across finance, manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and user support for Infor LN (ERP LN/Baan) environments
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications and solutions
• Support Finance Modules , including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Cost Centers, and Chart of Accounts
• Analyze and map business processes to ERP functionality, recommending process improvements and system enhancements
• Coordinate system testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and production support activities
• Create and maintain documentation, process flows, diagrams, and technical specifications

Skills

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis or related ERP experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor LN (ERP LN/Baan)
• Strong knowledge of Finance Modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Integration Mapping, and Chart of Accounts
• Experience supporting Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing, and Enterprise Planning processes
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and ERP implementations
• Experience supporting SOX compliance and IT audit activities
