Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zearch is an early-stage AI company focused on transforming how enterprises manage knowledge work. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead pipeline generation and sales efforts, working closely with the founders to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to close — net new business focus across commercial and mid-market accounts
  • Build and execute pipeline through high-volume prospecting, cold calling, and consultative discovery conversations
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to COO, VP Product, CFO, and CEO-level buyers
  • Work directly with founders to refine messaging, identify ICP, and iterate on the go-to-market approach in real time
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and the problem it solves — and bring genuine intellectual curiosity to every conversation

Skills

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience — ideally a strong SDR/BDR track record followed by 1–2 years in a closing role
  • Background selling technically complex solutions — cybersecurity, data, DevOps, ERP, or similar; consultative selling instincts are essential
  • Proven as a net new pipeline builder — you're not waiting for inbound, you go find it
  • Genuinely product-curious — you want to understand what you're selling and why it matters, not just run a playbook
  • Competitive background — sport, music, academic achievement; evidence of going above and beyond is a strong differentiator
  • Based in the US — West Coast preferred (Bay Area, Seattle, LA, Salt Lake City, Phoenix) but open nationally for the right person
