[Remote] Senior Data Analytics Consultant

The Data Analytics Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients and prospects using data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial trends, and utilization trends
• Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefit initiatives
• Prepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling tools
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
• Enhance plan communications platform by leveraging technology
• Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice. Present plan performance reports to clients on a scheduled basis
• Evaluate current product results; identify needs to be filled; monitor competitive options; and analyze and relay customer experience
• Travel for client/prospect meetings and incorporate time in the office for planning, preparation, and training as needed
• Provide team and client with appropriate timelines to ensure that expectations and turnaround times are met
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel is expected to be up to 10% in this role

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience
