[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiansys Inc. is looking for a Technical Project Manager - Responsible AI with expertise in managing and leading Responsible AI initiatives. The role involves driving large, multi-functional programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, and risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
• Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline- Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed
• Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve the suite of features

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management with prior experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence
• Deep experience in ML/AI development life cycles
• Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently with the capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
• Strong ability to manage cross functional priorities, establishing unified OKRs/KPIs, fostering clear communication, and encouraging efficient project delivery
• Strong ability to document requirements, define project scope, facilitate effort estimation with technical teams, articulate schedule constraints, and manage multiple roadmaps
• Strong product and technical orientation and ability to maintain sight of user experience during feature development
• Strong analytical skills and obsession for data, solid understanding of metrics measuring machine learning models and overall system quality
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in a technical, organizational, or communication-related field
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for at least 12 months. No sponsorship available. No H1B accepted
• Prior program management or engineering experience in shipping products driven by machine-learned systems to worldwide users
