[Remote] Director, Order Management & Billing Operations

They are seeking a Director of Order Management & Billing Operations who will be responsible for the daily execution and oversight of global order entry and billing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across regions.
Responsibilities
- Owns daily execution of global order entry and billing operations
- Serves as primary SME for order‑to‑invoice processes, policies, and systems
- Ensures alignment with accounting policy, revenue recognition, contracts, and pricing
- Owns OTC controls and SOX compliance for the order entry and billing tower
- Acts as first line of defense for operational and control risks
- Partners day‑to‑day with Transformation Lead to design and deploy process, system, automation, and AI improvements
- Acts as operational owner for ERP, billing, and interface implementations
- Champions automation and AI, including intelligent order validation and billing anomaly detection
- Leads global teams, including shared services
- Translates GDL strategy into measurable execution outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years in OTC, Billing, Accounting
- Strong internal controls and SOX experience
- Hands‑on leadership in global operations and system implementations
- CPA preferred
- Public accounting and/or audit background
- Shared services experience
- AI and automation experience in OTC
