[Remote] Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software. They are seeking a Manager of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics to focus on strategic and operational initiatives that impact customer-facing teams and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting our customer base and customer-facing teams
- Develop and lead impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with customers
- Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives
- Manage special projects across functions and departments
Skills
- 5+ years' experience in strategy, finance, investment banking / PE, or consulting
- Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have; familiarity with B2B software is a plus
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data; Excel ninja
- Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively
- Experience leading a team
- MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus
