[Remote] Software Engineer, Product Facing

As a Software Engineer, you will build products and systems that serve customers and enhance their financial lives by translating product visions into functional applications and features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features, API's, and products
• Work closely with other engineers to ship code. We enjoy collaboration and partnering on hard problems
• Architect and designing highly scalable and reliable products
• Building and maintaining documentation. As a growing and remote organization, having the necessary documentation is key to our success
• Solve complex problems that arise at scale. We deal with real-world money movement and sensitive financial data at scale and are creating novel financial mechanics with no real precedent

Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product-facing backend development
• Strong track record of delivering high-impact features and products
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing API's
• Curiosity and passion for emerging AI tooling, with practical experience incorporating tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude into real-world execution
• Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
