[Remote] Territory Sales Representative

STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, aiming to enhance life for residents across North America. They are seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to independently develop new business in Miami, focusing on property management companies and various community segments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business across Miami Florida — from first outreach to signed contract
- Actively call on and build relationships across the full market in your territory — each segment requires a tailored approach
- Engage portfolio managers and regional directors overseeing multiple HOA and condo associations
- Target high-unit developments where operational complexity makes the ROI case for AI clearest
- Reach HOA boards running their own operations; educate, consult, and convert a largely untapped segment
- Conduct product demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI and operational efficiency gains for HOA managers, boards, and executives
- Attend local trade shows, industry events, and HOA conferences in Florida to establish STAN as the name in your territory
- Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn social selling — you keep your own funnel full across all three target segments
- Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving property managers, HOA boards, and executives through to close
- Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention
- Share market intelligence from all segments directly with our Product team to help shape the roadmap
Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership — you've carried quota from prospecting to close
- Proven quota attainment in a fast-paced environment. We want to see your numbers
- Exceptional communicator — you can explain complex AI technology in plain terms that resonate with property managers, HOA boards, and self-managed community volunteers alike
- CRM proficiency — HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools
- Hunter mentality — you self-source leads across multiple customer segments and manage your pipeline without hand-holding
- Startup-ready — comfortable operating where processes are still being built and refined
- HOA or Property Management industry experience and/or an existing network in the space is a significant advantage — if you already know the players in Miami Florida, we want to hear from you
- Based in or deeply familiar with Miami Florida — local market knowledge goes a long way in this role
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
