[Remote] Associate Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a growth-minded Associate Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery between clients and the engineering team while developing into a more senior role over time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software delivery across engineering, product, clients, and leadership
- Support delivery for one enterprise client across multiple active projects
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project execution
- Help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and offshore engineering team
- Facilitate sprint planning, status tracking, and delivery reporting
- Partner with clients to communicate progress, priorities, and next steps
- Help establish and maintain a consistent delivery cadence (check-ins, reporting, updates)
- Monitor progress and flag risks or blockers early
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team coordination
- Contribute to building scalable delivery processes as the company grows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, technical project coordination or project management
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile delivery, and modern software development practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving forward
- Comfortable working with distributed or offshore teams
- Experience working alongside engineering teams
- Exposure to Agile or similar delivery frameworks
- Some experience supporting client-facing work
- Experience in consulting, SaaS, custom software development, or professional services
- Familiarity with GovCon, sustainability, ESG, or climate-focused organizations
