[Remote] Sales Development Representative (MedInsight)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Milliman is a global, employee-owned consultancy providing a range of consulting and technology solutions. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the top of their sales funnel by researching accounts, building relationships, and generating qualified meetings and opportunities. This role involves collaboration with various teams to achieve pipeline goals and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified meetings that lead to meaningful, revenue-producing pipeline for our sales team
  • Lead strategic outbound prospecting through research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, engage, and qualify new prospects and spark interest in an initial meeting
  • Conduct outbound opportunity development through partnership with BDEs, AEs, and Marketing
  • Support pipeline growth within existing client accounts by partnering with the team to identify expansion opportunities
  • Understand prospects’ challenges, along with healthcare industry trends and insights, to craft credible outreach
  • Collaborate on sales and prospecting best practices and bring creative lead generation ideas to each team meeting
  • Add, maintain, and track business development efforts, forecasts, and activity in the CRM and sales tech stack
  • Achieve (and exceed) your monthly and annual Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) and pipeline targets

Skills

  • Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Preference for candidates that have business development, sales, healthcare, insurance, analytics, or related experience
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage, Salesforce, Orum, and ZoomInfo is a plus
