Responsibilities
- Identify and reach job seekers across LinkedIn, email, and other channels you discover
- Develop and own your outreach approach with periodic feedback from our founder
- Participate in regular check-ins to share what's working and document your process
Skills
- Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Genuine curiosity about sales, outreach, and building something from scratch
- Strong written and verbal communication - your words are your product
- Process-minded - a strong process is the difference between a good interview and a great one, and the same goes for outbound
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day - we're an AI company and we work that way internally
- No specific experience required - hunger and creativity matter more than a resume
