[Remote] CAPPS HR/PY Human Resources Analyst// PeopleSoft HCM Functional Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Architect for their premier client in Austin, Texas. The role involves responsible for functional configuration skills, including configuring workflow, creating queries, and setting up tables, along with extensive knowledge of federal labor laws and technical skillsets for applicable tools.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for functional configuration skills, including, but not limited to
• Configuring workflow (AWE-Approval Workflow Engine)
• Creating queries using PS/Query and SAP Business Objects
• Setting up tables (job codes, positions, departments, compensation, etc.)
• Understanding HR business units, Set IDs, and Table structures
• Distribute forms in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
• Successfully build interface files for electronic transmission and filing in accordance with IRS regulations and deadlines
• Responsible for technical skillsets for applicable tools, including, but not limited to:
• Understanding Application Designer (records, fields, pages, components)
• Integration Broker (Web Services, REST/SOAP Integrations)
• SQR and BI Publisher report customization
• SQL Proficiency

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws
• Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes
• Responsible for functional configuration skills, including, but not limited to Configuring workflow (AWE-Approval Workflow Engine)
• Creating queries using PS/Query and SAP Business Objects
• Setting up tables (job codes, positions, departments, compensation, etc.)
• Understanding HR business units, Set IDs, and Table structures
