Responsibilities
- Train, develop, and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term success
- Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at boosting margins and overall profitability
Skills
- 15+ years' experience in the Fuels & Lubricants sector
- 5+ years' management experience
- A sharp understanding of market dynamics, particularly within the Lubricants & Fuels sector
- Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales objectives
- Exceptional skills in team training, mentorship, and development
- Capability to develop and implement actionable plans for business and margin growth
