[Remote] LATAM QA Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Praxent is a company focused on transforming financial services through innovative software solutions. They are seeking a LATAM QA Analyst to deliver complex stories by the end of sprint, participate in Agile delivery, perform thorough testing, and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, advancing best practices, identifying blockers, and mentoring peers and more junior team members
• Deliver Value: Perform thorough functional testing, regression testing, edge case testing and (where possible) basic api or automation testing
• Work Autonomously: Write detailed test cases, develop testing reports and develop robust testing plans
• Provide Guidance: Support more junior team members in performing documentation and testing techniques
• Client Interactions: Confidently present full test plans and sprint reports, documenting overall product status
• Key Activities: Demonstrate acceptance criteria understanding, share daily progress, limit QA kickback, deliver stories as assigned

Skills

• Demonstrable proficiency with manual testing
• Proficiency with Postman
• Experience managing test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• 3-5 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects
• Ongoing adherence of best practices
• Leading and executing manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning
• Experience documenting technical approaches
• Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects impact
• May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Additional knowledge and experience in AI assisted testing (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot etc.)
