[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking a driven Account Manager to lead growth within key global enterprise accounts by partnering with clients to develop innovative promotional solutions and managing the sales order process.
Responsibilities
- Become a Brand Champion: Partner directly with clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying their unique needs to develop innovative, brand-aligned promotional solutions
- Drive Growth: Expand our contractual business by cultivating relationships with existing stakeholders, identifying and engaging new ones, and managing the sales order process flawlessly
- Be a Strategic Advisor: Provide expert guidance to clients on branded merchandise strategies, leveraging your knowledge of hard/soft goods, decoration techniques, and effective sales approaches
- Uncover Opportunities: Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze account performance and identify new sales opportunities
- Source Smart: Utilize Leaderpromos' preferred supplier network to source the perfect products and recommend promotional solutions that align with client branding and marketing objectives
- Stay Organized: Maintain meticulous CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, CommonSKU, ESP) of all sales activities, from opportunities to orders
- Deliver Excellence: Collaborate with our Global Enterprise Account Coordinators to execute client projects within SLAs, providing exceptional customer service
- Guide E-commerce: Provide strategic oversight and guidance for client e-commerce webstores, partnering with our program team to manage client expectations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Deep understanding of branded merchandise (hard/soft goods, decoration techniques) and effective sales strategies
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with various CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, CommonSKU, ESP)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Adaptability to both independent and collaborative work
- Monday.com experience preferred
- Canva, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT experience a plus
