[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth on the East Coast, build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, and lead a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Drive Net-New Business: Act as a true hunter, identifying market trends and aggressively pursuing new competitive accounts
- Forge Surgeon Alliances: Build deep relationships with key orthopedic surgeons to win market share and champion product development
- Lead from the Front: Act as a player-coach—hiring, mentoring, and physically in the field developing an elite sales team
- Own the Region: Formulate aggressive business plans to smash growth objectives and regularly address underperformance
Skills
- A proven track record of disruptive clinical product sales and market share acquisition
- 8+ years of proven sales/marketing experience within the medical device space
- Extensive orthopedic knowledge and deep understanding of competitor product portfolios
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the region
