They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid advertising efforts for a growing legal services organization, focusing on generating high-quality leads and driving measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Present campaign performance reports and recommendations directly to leadership
- Conduct structured testing on creative assets, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Use feedback from intake and sales teams to improve targeting and eliminate low quality lead sources
- Report on key metrics including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data driven optimization strategies
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets while optimizing bidding strategies
- Ensure accurate attribution for phone call and form submission conversions
- Maintain and improve conversion tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and CallRail
- Own end to end paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and YouTube
- Write and optimize advertising copy and headlines for high intent search traffic
- Develop and test audience segments including custom, lookalike, in market, and retargeting audiences
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns designed to generate qualified leads
- Develop digital marketing advertisements for targeted audiences
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Participate in weekly marketing and strategy meetings
- Stay informed on platform updates, advertising trends, and legal marketing compliance requirements
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, creative assets, and testing records
- Collaborate with intake and sales teams to evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on paid advertising experience with measurable lead generation results
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, Local Services Ads, and YouTube campaigns
- Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager including Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Google Ads Certification required
- Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $5,000 or more
- Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager including conversion tracking, event configuration, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and custom reporting
- Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms
- Experience creating and maintaining performance dashboards
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
- Prior experience in legal services, criminal defense, or a comparable professional services industry preferred
- Familiarity with legal advertising policies and compliance requirements
- Spanish proficiency preferred
