[Remote] Hiring: Duck Creek Policy QA consultant for Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Duck Creek Policy QA Analyst to validate and ensure the quality of Duck Creek Policy Administration implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems, functional testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation of policy lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate and ensure the quality of Duck Creek Policy Administration implementations and enhancements
• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems
• Functional testing
• Integration testing
• End-to-end validation of policy lifecycle processes

Skills

• 3+ years of QA experience in Duck Creek Policy Administration
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance business processes
• Experience testing Policy Administration systems
• Expertise in creating test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Duck Creek Billing and Claims modules
• Knowledge of Duck Creek Author and Configuration
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Insurance domain certifications are a plus
