This position is designed to remove those obstacles and transform construction into a reliable, repeatable engine. You will operate on-site to ensure projects move forward. Managing contractors. Holding schedules firm. Resolving sequencing conflicts before they escalate. Simultaneously, you will leverage AI and digital systems to cut manual overhead, improve transparency, and accelerate delivery. This is active project management. You are the individual who intervenes when schedules drift and restores momentum. What You Will Be Doing

• Manage on-site construction execution, interfacing directly with contractors to ensure tasks are completed in proper sequence and according to schedule
• Take full ownership of project timelines, monitoring key milestones, flagging risks proactively, and implementing corrective measures when slippage occurs
• Utilize platforms such as Procore, Asana, or MS Project to organize tasks, manage documentation, and track progress across live construction sites
• Facilitate permitting processes by monitoring submissions, addressing review comments, and aligning stakeholders to expedite approvals
• Integrate AI-based tools to streamline planning, documentation, and decision workflows, minimizing manual tasks and enhancing execution velocity

Commercial Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time delivery of school construction projects by directly managing field coordination, maintaining schedule discipline, and enhancing speed and reliability through digital tools and AI. Basic Requirements

• Hands-on experience in construction delivery (field coordination, contractor oversight, or schedule enforcement) with the ability to detail a specific project, your involvement, and how you navigated execution obstacles
• Background in managing or coordinating project timelines, including schedule creation, milestone tracking, and deadline enforcement, with at least one documented case of addressing a delay or variance
• Competence with at least one digital project management platform (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project) and the capacity to describe its application on an actual project
• Familiarity with construction trade sequencing and the ability to recount a scenario where sequencing choices influenced the project schedule
• Practical understanding of permitting procedures (submissions, reviews, revisions, AHJ coordination) with firsthand participation in at least one cycle
• Proven application of AI tools to expedite concrete work tasks, including a specific example of the tool employed, the output produced, and the validation method used
• Capacity and readiness to work on-site at least 3 days per week, with travel approximately 60% of the time across the United States depending on project requirements
• Based in the United States and legally authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
